Discovery phase often involves a thorough review of your people’s potential to gain a clearer awareness of their strengths and weaknesses. 

  • Strengths Profiles are conducted by each team member, assessed and debriefed at an individual level framed in the context of their role within the team/organisation and their potential development

Design phase we will often facilitate co-creation sessions using strengths as a shared language to determine common purpose, direction, growth points and any blocks.  The team will often agree collectively at this stage how they wish to grow individually and as a team to maximise potential and further improve performance and wellbeing.
