Development

We focus everyone’s attention on what we need to grow as a team and individually to achieve the shared goals.
Discovery phase often involves a thorough review of your people’s potential to gain a clearer awareness of their strengths and weaknesses.
Strengths Profiles are conducted by each team member, assessed and debriefed at an individual level framed in the context of their role within the team/organisation and their potential development
Design phase we will often facilitate co-creation sessions using strengths as a shared language to determine common purpose, direction, growth points and any blocks. The team will often agree collectively at this stage how they wish to grow individually and as a team to maximise potential and further improve performance and wellbeing.
