A fresh perspective
Zing Collective (Zing) was created to improve the capacity, competency, and wellbeing of positive impact professionals and organisations.
Zing is the joint sparks from Georgina King and Yvette Annand, who have varied backgrounds and experience. Our intersecting and complementary strengths, values, and passion to make a positive contribution to society.
Collectively we have over 40 years of experience in Government, Social Purpose, and FMCG organisations across fundraising, marketing, insights, communication, change management, leadership and team development, and innovation.
Why a Collective?
Put simply, having a collective of different experts in their fields can only benefit you more as we tailor our approach depending on your needs. Principal consultants, facilitators, and coaches are Georgina and Yvette. Depending on your needs we may bring in different experts as required from our vetted brains trust.

About Yvette
Yvette helps to create positive change in the workplace by growing conscious, connected leaders and teams. She has worked as a change agent and leadership development consultant and executive coach over the last few years with several For Purpose and large Government agencies.
Yvette’s early career was in innovation, communication, and insights. She enjoyed over 20 years as a senior leader in global manufacturing companies such as Coca-Cola, Cadbury’s, and Nestle along with several years as a qualitative social researcher working on health interventions and communication campaigns for numerous government departments. This experience led to a passion for teaching effective, conscious leadership that promotes wellbeing and thriving for leaders and their people.
